I was in dread of having my roof replaced. This was an area with which I had no familiarity and just knew that I would be taken advantage of. I really figured I would end up with a settle-for job, pay too much for it, and have nowhere to go for recourse. I gotta say, none of those things came to pass, in fact, the whole process was handled so smoothly by the sales rep, James Welch, that if it hadn't been for the appearance of the friendly and efficient workers, I probably wouldn't have even known the deed had been done. All that and the beautiful new roof that seemingly magically appeared on my house was proof that there are still professionals out there who can get the job done. I highly recommend Parker County Roofing, and James Welch more specifically for any and all roofing needs.

Being new to this area (3yrs now) and not really having any contacts, I did what everyone does. I asked around and even called businesses that I would see driving around in town or even found online. Each time I called, I would explain the roof problem, and I always got the same reply, can I call you back. First one company then another, then another and yet another. Not one company called back, I even called two of the companies twice and still no word back. So take note roofers, if your only looking to do insurance jobs and don't care about the smaller jobs, than your going to find out how important word of mouth is. You can have a fancy website, or a truck that's wrapped with a vinyl advertisement for your company, but if you don't have integrity and good work ethics, than I can assure you business won't last. The majority of my interactions were directly with the owner, and he was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my roof replaced, and how to get the most out of my insurance claim. It was my first time ever dealing with a homeowner's claim, and Skipper was very patient with me and explained how everything worked and what I should expect - even better than the insurance company explained. Most of all, my roof looks great! Will definitely be recommending PCR to friends who need roofing work done.

After I discovered some shingles in my yard after a hail storm I knew I was in need of repairs and possibly a new roof. A friendly member of the sales staff of Parker County Roofing came to my home and discussed my options. He came back with a professional worker who climbed up on my roof and explained to me in detail that all I needed was some minor repairs. He could have easily told me I needed to replace my roof and written a contract on the spot. Instead they were honest and had the integrity to let me know only slight damage had been done by the hail and replacing a few shingles would be sufficient. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Management was helpful in determining scope of work and thorough in explaining exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. All three crews (carpentry, roofing, and painting) did an excellent job. Project was started on time and completed on time.

Parker County Roofing was timely in arriving and giving estimate on my roof repair, They followed through with the repair on date give in the estimate and excellent work was done on the repair for the estimated price. They did two roof repair jobs on my house. I did not experience any leaks after the roof repair was completed.

New roof after hail storm finished it off. Skipper was great to deal with from the first visit. Working out the exact scope, options, insurance payments, and inspecting the work as it was completed. Would recommend him and have recommended him to neighbors.

Parker County Roofing replaced the roof on our house after a storm. When asked for an estimate they replied quickly and were very courteous. A layer of composition as well as a layer of wood shingles were removed and a new deck put down before the new shingles were put in place. All of this was done in a very timely manner. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up. All trash was picked up, and we found NO nails afterward.

The crew was on time, went straight to work and took the time to mask off area for easy clean up. The roofing repair looks nice, no leaks since the work was done. The shingles have stayed on the roof even in the strong southern winds I have at my house. That was the problem with the roof originally, in the winds they would blow off . I would recommend and use the company again.
